Meet Kelsey

I have been a licensed mental health counselor for 10 years. I specialize in supporting teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress and life transitions, with a particular focus on pregnancy and postpartum mental health.

I know how easy it is to get stuck in survival mode, taking care of everyone else while putting your own needs on the back burner. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you don’t have to hold it all together.

How I Help

I work with people who feel stuck, anxious, down, or not like themselves lately. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s going on and find practical strategies that fit into your life.

My experience

I’ve worked in residential treatment, hospital-based care, and primary care settings. In these roles, I’ve supported children, teens, and families through a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges.

My approach

I use a warm, collaborative approach grounded in person-centered therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

I help clients understand patterns, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build practical tools they can use in everyday life. Therapy with me is active, supportive, and focused on real change, not just talking, but moving forward.

Why I do this work

Becoming a mom changed how I see things. I’ve noticed how often parents, especially moms, are the ones making sure everyone else is okay while putting their own needs aside.

I’m passionate about helping people feel supported in a way that allows them to finally be supported too.
